AIAN UV Sterilizer disinfection cabinet or box is made of durable body, tempered glass, mirror stainless steel internally, and hexagonal structure for better delivery of rays.
Ultraviolet (UV) came from a Latin word, Ultra, which means beyond and Violet means the color of the highest frequencies of visible light. UV ray was discovered in 1801 by a German physicist Johann Wilhelm Ritter, who called it “Heat Rays”. Then, in 1903 the short wavelength, 250 nanometers was discovered for killing bacteria. UV Light is a type of electromagnetic radiation inactivating bacteria and viruses. The UV spectrum exists between human visible rays and X-Rays. AIAN UV Sterilizer uses a 253.7-nanometer wavelength that effectively removes 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. The UV Lamp consumes 5.9 Watts and it produces 1.7 Watts, enough coverage for 1060 cubic inches available inside the unit. The average lifetime of the lamp is 6,000 hours.

The low-temperature version, AIAN Multipurpose Sterilizer employs UVC 253.7 nm and Plasma Ionizer. On the other hand, for high-heat sterilizer, AIAN Sterilizer and Dryer uses UVC 253.7 nm and Far InfraRed.

UV sterilizer Use
Since the machine is portable, you may put it on your office desk or kitchen countertop. Moreover, it fits nicely with your living or working space thanks to the modern design. It is highly effective and robust to inactivate and stop the replication of the microorganism living on the surface of N95 masks, cell phones, goggles, bottles, and also other electronics. The effectiveness of sterilization is proven through a 3rd party test lab. The high-temperature sterilizer AIAN Sterilizer and Dryer’s operating temperature is 45℃ or 113℉ ‘; therefore, it is recommended to use AIAN Multipurpose Sterilizer for sterilizing a heat-sensitive item. For sterilizing masks made of plastic material and fabric, we recommend using AIAN Multipurpose Sterilizer also. However, for sterilizing a pure fabric-made mask, you can use AIAN Sterilizer and Dryer, which performs sterilization and drying all at once.
How often do you change the UV Lamp?
The average lifetime of the UV lamp is 6,000 hours that is 250 days operating 24 hours a day. Therefore, if you only operate the unit for 8 hours a day, then it typically lasts 750 days.
When Do I use the removable trays?
If you are sterilizing multiple small items, then you can use the removable trays(baby bottles, thin bottles, electronics).
How long is an operation time?
It takes 20 minutes to complete an operation time for AIAN Sterilize and Dryer. On the other hand, AIAN Multipurpose Sterilizer takes 30 minutes to complete a cycle.
Can I sterilize my cell phone?
Yes, you can. We recommend using AIAN Multipurpose Sterilizer. A smartphone generates high-heat also, therefore, please turn off your phone before putting it into the unit.
How many cell phones can you put into the unit?
It depends on the size of the phones, however, if you use the trays, you can put at least 5 to 6 phones in the 2nd tier, and another 5 to 6 phones in the 1st tier of the tray.
Are there dead-angles hindering sterilizing objects?
Thanks to built-in mirror type stainless steel together with mirroring hexagonal structure, it covers almost all the angles.
How effective is it?
It removes 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. Thanks to triple effect technology consisting of UVC, Plasma, or Far InfraRed, and mirroring stainless steel with a hexagonal structure, it is highly effective to remove bacteria and viruses, moreover, it is the fastest sterilizer.
How do I know the sterilizing operation is done?
You will hear a brief audio alert (AIAN Multipurpose Sterilizer) or an audio message for the beginning or the ending of an operation (AIAN Sterilizer and Dryer). Also, the power will be off automatically.
How soon can I receive the product after placing an order?
We ship the product on the same day we receive the order before 2 PM, but after 2 PM, the order will be shipped the next day.
